Cancellations, rescheduling, and service adjustments

Service Nature
Styling consultations and related deliverables are professional services. Because value is created through time, expertise, and personalized preparation, services are not subject to traditional product returns.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment without a fee.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable if a fee was collected.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur up to 50% of the session fee to cover reserved time and preparation.
No-Show Policy
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session fee may be considered earned due to allocated time and pre-work.
Service Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable (such as a look library or shopping list), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your feedback and may offer reasonable revisions aligned with the original scope.
Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased from retailers or vendors during or after a consultation are subject to the retailer’s own return and exchange policies. We do not handle returns or refunds on third-party purchases.
How to Request a Change
To cancel, reschedule, or request an adjustment, contact help@volkrannuashroni.world with your name, scheduled time, and request details. We aim to confirm next steps within one business day.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
